I whipped these cute finger-less gloves up over the last two days.  I did one glove yesterday after work and another this afternoon, all together it only took about 4 or 5 hours. They really were super easy and while not ideal for Wisconsin winters they’re the perfect hand warmer for mild California winters.  I made these as a belated birthday gift for my friend Amanda who I will be getting to see next week while I’m in my home state visiting my family and friends.

Finger-less Gloves

I found the pattern for the glove here and used the larger pattern .  I also embellished the wrist ends with a cute little scalloped edge.  I think these would be super pretty with little winter white satin bows tied at the top of the wrists but alas I don’t have any little winter white satin ribbon.  Maybe I will be able to pick some up while on my trip.

I was getting antsy to post something so I decided to make the scarf I had just finished into an infinite scarf.  It ended up being the best solution for the scarf since I had run out of yarn.  It was a bit too short as a regular scarf but perfect as an infinite scarf, and really who doesn’t love an infinite scarf?  You never have to worry about it falling off or getting caught in the car door.

Like I said I was getting antsy and didn’t even stop to think how bad my red shirt would look with the dark sage color and it’s too late for Christmas to try to pull it off as a holiday themed.  Aside from the color mishap I think the scarf came out perfect.
